Who doesn’t ! we all do, but it is easier said then done, just remember that happiness is actually a skill that can be cultivated, we can choose to be happy.
It can be a goal or a strategy, it might not take all your worries and anxieties away, but it can change the way you see the world and the way the world sees you, make space in your life for accepting life and yourself in it, warts and all, and find time to look after no. 1 -you.
Be engaged in present moments and accept yourself and do not forget that health as a vital component to happiness. Change your mind set and it will change the way you feel about yourself….
